This Work Grew From My Own Journey

With over 8 years of experience in traditional psychotherapy and somatic healing, my work has continually evolved alongside my own personal journey.

A few years ago, I moved through a profound period of change that deeply impacted my mind, body, and inner world. It transformed the way I understood healing — not as something to force or fix, but something to gently reconnect with.

Since then, my approach has expanded beyond traditional psychotherapy to integrate somatic awareness, Jungian psychology, and spiritual understanding — always grounded in nervous system safety and lived experience.

The aim is not to fix you.

It’s to help you reconnect with the wisdom already living within your body.
