The Healing Session Structure
Arrive & Share
(20 minutes)
Using the E.M.O.T.E Protocol, we begin by understanding what’s present for you. Together, we meet the emotion beneath the experience and observe it with curiosity, not judgement — allowing you to see more clearly what’s truly unfolding.
Somatic Practice
(20 minutes)
From there, we move into the body. Through a guided somatic practice with Jess, you’re supported to tend to what’s been arising — giving your system the space it needs to process, release, settle, and feel more regulated within itself.

Reflect & Integrate
(20 minutes)
Finally, we gently evolve the experience. In reflection, we explore what shifted and integrate supportive tools featured in the HSP Return, so you can carry this work into your everyday life in a way that feels steady and real.
