With over 8 years of experience in traditional psychotherapy, my work has naturally evolved through both my professional practice and my own personal healing journey.
As a highly sensitive person myself, I’m deeply passionate about supporting HSPs in a way that feels gentle, grounded and emotionally safe. I understand how overwhelming the world can feel when you process things deeply — and how important it is to be met with care, not pressure.
After moving through a profound period of change myself, I began to understand healing in a deeper way — not as something to force, fix or rush, but as something we gently reconnect with through the body, mind and nervous system.
Today, my approach blends psychotherapy, somatic awareness, Jungian psychology and grounded energy work, creating a space that feels both safe and deeply supportive.
My work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.

Through the process, I uncovered beliefs I didn’t even realise I was holding — thoughts like not feeling good enough — and began to understand that they were simply thoughts, not the truth of who I am.
Through our work together, I’ve learned how to live more in alignment with my values, and it’s given me a stronger sense of self-worth, confidence, and inner joy.
She introduced me to self-compassion, self-love, and a gentler way of relating to myself. She also helped me understand the natural rhythms of expanding and contracting, so I stopped seeing low-energy days as failure.
The sessions helped me learn to look inwards and realise how capable I am, and how much choice I truly have in my life. I feel like I’m dealing with things in a much more positive way.
The somatic work helped me connect with myself in a way I never had before. Instead of overthinking everything, I was finally able to understand what my body actually needed.
I feel lighter. My stomach doesn’t feel as tight, my body feels less tense and my brain isn’t as congested. I’m so surprised by how much I was able to let go.
It was nice to finally connect with the emotional aspects of my mental health struggles that I’d pushed so deep inside of myself. I’m just glad I found a way to release what I’d been suppressing.
