Episode 10 | Chakra Balancing
00:00:00 Speaker: Welcome to this chakra Clearing meditation, a journey to balance and align your energy centers, leaving you feeling peaceful yet energized. During this meditation, I will be speaking something called light language. This is our souls language, and it's not for you to cognitively understand. Just be open and surrender to the messages that come through. You may feel tingling sensations or some different words may pop into the mind, but just letting go of all expectations. And when you're ready, I'd like you to find a quiet and comfortable space. And you can choose if you'd like to sit or lie down. I'd like you to make any adjustments to your clothing, to the cushions, and get yourself really comfy. And I'd like you to begin by putting one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest. We're gonna breathe in through the nose very slowly as you fill the belly right at the bottom up with air, and move the air up through into the chest, and then sigh it out in through the nose. And as you sigh out, I want your stomach to draw closer and closer in towards the spine and then let it balloon and be filled up with air. On the inhale. And really tap into the sensations of your stomach moving up and then your chest. Then it's slowly moving down. Paying attention to how the air feels as it enters through the nose. And if it's different when it leaves the air through the mouth. And as you continue to deeply breathe into the stomach, signaling to the body that it's safe. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to go into the state of rest and digest, giving your body an opportunity to heal. I want you to roll your eyes back into your forehead with the eyes closed, and just stare into that black space in your mind's eye. I want you to picture your body. And hovering just above your head is a white light. And this light is going to make its way through the body, cleansing and clearing. And assisting with the relaxation process. So slowly witness as this light makes its way through the top of your head. Relaxing the scalp. Moving through the forehead. Letting go. Allowing the eyes to fall back into the sockets. Relaxing the cheeks. The jaw. Perhaps wiggling it from side to side. Or running your tongue around your teeth. As the light moves down into the throat. The neck. You can gently do some head circles and just sighing out any tension that builds up in this space. Allowing the shoulders to move down away from the ears. Feeling a tingling sensation. Move through the arms and the hands. Notice as the light moves into the stomach. Really relaxing this space. Breathing in. Letting go of any. Holding any tightness. And we then move into the hips. Noticing how they feel. Breathing in and letting go. In this often tight part of the body. We'll then move down the legs into the feet. Again, noticing those tingling sensations. Perhaps a gentle smile brushes upon your face as you notice the energy body turning on. And just feel as your body begins to melt. Melt into the sofa, the bed. The chair. Your limbs turning to jelly. Really communicating with your body that nothing else needs to be done other than for you to relax, surrender, and receive this meditation. And just rolling your eyes back into your forehead once more. I want you to look up into your mind's eye, the blank space. We're now going to move through the chakras. Starting at the very base of your spine, the root chakra. This is represented by a red spinning disk. This is our survival center. It's our earth energy, our ability to ground. It allows us to feel like we have the right to be here and to have. The struggle of this area is fear, a fear that we are unable to survive, stuck in fight or flight. So as you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to imagine this red spinning disc at the base of your spine. And I want you to breathe in trust. And let go of any fear. Of developing a kidney. We then move up to the sacral chakra. Which is in between the root and your belly button. The sacral chakra is represented by an orange spinning disk, and this is the home of your sexuality, your creativity and pleasure. It's represented by water. It gives us the right to feel and to want have desires. But it's also where our guilt is felt. So as you breathe in and notice the rate at which this disc is spinning. Whether it needs calm or whether it needs some energy, I want you to breathe in feelings of creativity, freedom, and let go of any associations or stagnant energy around guilt. Thank the guilt for the lessons it's taught you. But it's no longer helpful to reside in the body. In the messy. Seventy. Seven. Seventy seven. Kinesthetic. Element. Key. As you breathe in once more. It's our power Center, our will power, our drive, our determination represented by fire. It gives us the right to act, to move forward. But it's also where our shame resides. So as you breathe into this yellow spinning disc, noticing the rate at which it spins. I want you to breathe in that fire, that determination, that willpower and release and let go of any shame. Thank the shame for the lessons it's taught you. But know that there's no need for this shame to reside in the body. Kanazawa. Karaki. Tottori CBD thirty. Seven Tottori to sit. This is where our love Resides represented by the element of air. This chakra allows us to love others and to receive and be loved. But it's also where our grief resides. So as you notice this green spinning disc noticing the rate at which it spins, allowing for balance. I want you to breathe in love, acceptance, compassion, filling that chest space up and letting go of grief. Of sadness. And. Ichimoku Matataki seven. K seven. C g. Clivina Matara. Seven Matara. We're going to move up to the throat chakra located in the center of your throat. Represented by a blue spinning disk. This is our communication center. It allows us the right to speak and to be heard, represented by vibration and sound. But this is also where lies reside. Lies we've told or lies that have been told to us. So as you breathe in, I want you to imagine breathing in that confidence, in speaking your truth, that alignment between brain and being able to say exactly what's on your mind. Keep. That in case it cannot come. Given the meat and dairy. Can is even given a medicine. C within. The cell c g. She mustn't. Give me a kiss. So tomorrow con horakah. Slowly moving up to the third eye chakra in the center of your forehead where your intuition lies. Represented by light. It gives us our ability to see. And welcome in balance. And as we slowly move up to the crown chakra located right at the top of our head, represented by an indigo spinning disc. Noticing how quickly this disc spins. This is a house of cognition, and thought gives us the ability to know. But it's also where we create attachment. So as you breathe into this space, I want you to welcome in the art of detachment, of acceptance, of letting go. And sigh out that need for attachment, to cling on to things that no longer serves. As a. A kidney. Kidney. Kidney diseases can tear. Kidney. Tissue. Just reconnecting to that breath. And just noticing how your body feels. Noticing any tension in the body. Noticing how you feel. More relaxed. Balanced. As if the world has slowed down. Things don't seem as big as they originally were. You feel more in control, more capable, more calm. And as you begin to adjust to the new vibrational frequency of your body, this new state of being. I want you to just be aware of how your body feels. The chair. Listening to any sounds that may be in the room. And when you feel ready. You can have a smile on your face. And feel really grateful. So grateful that you gave yourself the time and space to deeply connect with your body. Maybe give yourself a squeeze, a hug, and as you smile, you'll feel the wash of dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin flooding the body. And rest. Knowing you can come back to this meditation whenever you need a reset. And as you slowly open your eyes. Give thanks.
