Intuivie Voice | Ep 8 Releasing Energy
00:00:52 Speaker: I'd like you to begin by simply noticing the breath. Paying attention to where it starts in the body with zero judgment. Does it start in the throat, the chest, or deep in the belly? There's no right or wrong. Just what is. And as you connect with your breath. I'm just going to let you know that it's okay. It's okay if you're feeling overwhelmed with other people's energy right now. If you're a sensitive soul. It's very easy to become a sponge to the energy around us. So today we're just going to do a little hygiene and energy hygiene for you to connect to your own energy and begin to let go of what does not belong to you. But it starts by getting into the body, out of the thinking mind, into the feeling body. Your mind may be trying to make sense of what is this mine? Is it someone else's? We don't need the mind right now. Thank you mind. But we're going to move into the body, into our hearts, into our core. That's when we'll receive our intuition. But for now, breathing in through the belly, in through the nose, and letting that belly gently expand and up, forcing sending the air up into the chest and into the back and then back out. Making the exhale slightly longer than your inhale, signaling to the body that it's time to rest. Rest and digest. Coherence. Safe and social. The more regulated we are, the more we will be able to make sense of our energy and our internal world. That is the aim. But it will come organically. We're not forcing or pushing today. We are simply focusing on the breath. Can we go a little deeper? Oh. Maybe as you sigh out, you make a little bit of sound. A big deep sigh. Maybe you feel you want to grit your teeth a little. Oh. Maybe it's a hurt deep from the heart. Whatever feels right for you. Let the body lead. And as you continue to breathe. Like you to imagine your aura around you now. Your aura is about six feet around your body. Head to toe below, above, side to side. In this aura, your energy field is what can quite often become intertangled with others. And this is where we take on other energy. So as you breathe, we're first of all just going to sense it. Everyone will sense this in a different way. You may have a knowing of what your aura looks like. You may be even able to feel it with your hands, or maybe see it in your mind's eye. Nothing is right or wrong. You may see or feel nothing at all. This is really a skill that we practice and connect with over time. So let go of any judgment. Focus on that breath and just imagine. Feel. Sense your energy around your body and just get a feel for the size, the shapes, the color, perhaps even the density of what's around you. Does it feel thick and heavy and dense and and sludgy? Does it feel light and fluffy and airy and smooth? Does it feel jagged and static and spiky? Really taking time to just breathe into the body. And every time your brain drifts away, really gently bring it back to the breath and then sensing the energy around you. Can you speak a little bit of light language to support you in connecting with your own energy? Santa. Carla. Kim. Manawaka. Cell carcinoma. Konduru. Kyokai. Karakia. Samambwa. Toroku. Put. It. Here. So really noticing what your energy feels like and almost. Notice it as a frequency. Sense what this energy feels like in the body and then begin to play with. Be curious with asking your intuition what belongs to me right now and what is ready to be let go of. And as you continue to breathe in deeply and exhaling even deeper. I'd like you to imagine exhaling. Not even imagining. Letting your body know that we're ready to exhale. Any energy that no longer serves me. So you're breathing in to the body, filling that aura with fresh, pure energy. And then imagine breathing out perhaps little black wisps of smoke. Whatever imagery feels right for you and really feel that energy beginning to leave the body. Maybe it was the bitching in the workplace, the harsh judgements of others, the cruel words, the heavy negativity. Maybe it's all the unspoken words that were filled within your body. Just allow that to go. Allow it to move down and into Mother Earth, to be recycled. So that you can breathe it back in and its fresh, purest form. So just continue that recycling process, breathing in and really breathe in. You know, feel the belly open up, feel the ribcage open up the chest, the upper back and really let go. Open the mouth wide. And breathe out until you cannot breathe out anymore. The belly comes right towards the spine and then you naturally have a big full breath on the inhale. The more we inhale and exhale, the more we live, the more momentum we gather, the more flow we invite, more life in and exhale what's stagnant and holding us back. Oh. Make any sounds and maybe even make any gentle movements. Maybe you need to roll, roll your head or your shoulders from all of that thinking, carrying other people's weight and emotions. Maybe you need to shake the hands out, rotate the hips, the spine, roll the ankles and stretch the feet. Whatever your body wants you to do will be supportive in this process of letting go of what no longer serves you. And just sense how your energy feels different. Yeap, it's only a small difference. Just notice and be really honest with how you feel. Maybe taking the time to sit with how you feel has made you feel even more intensely. I really recommend you doing this, breathing and this visualization for even longer. If you have the time and the capacity, and you can come back to this visualization anytime that you need to shake off what does not serve you and come home to your own frequency, your own energy. I also recommend doing the grounding track as well. Then you can really ground in your energy, your own energy and then use this to let it go. Let go of what no longer serves from your energy field and from the people around you. Well done, my love.
