GROUNDING
00:00:00 Speaker: Taking a deep breath in through your nose. And sighing out through your mouth. Ha ha. Well done for getting here and listening to this grounding audio. By listening to this audio, you have already begun to send the signals to your body that you are ready to feel more grounded, more whole, and less fragmented. So really tuning into the breath now, the breath is your anchor. It is your grounding tool. So as much as you can, I'd like you to follow the breath. We're going to imagine breathing in through the feet, breathing in and watching as the air moves up the legs, up the whole body into the heart. Then when it gets to the heart, you sigh out, ah! Again. So in through the nose. But imagine it coming through the feet. Into the knees, the legs, the hips. Into the belly. Into the heart. And then maybe even hold it for a couple of seconds. And then let it go. And imagine you're really letting go of everything in this moment. You are here. You are present. Now we're moving from that thinking mind into the feeling body. So breathe it in through the soles of your feet. Watch as that air moves up the body and into the belly. into the heart, into the core of your being. And now I want you to also watch the exhale as you exhale. Imagine the energy going back down into the ground. So through the heart, the belly, the legs, the feet, and back down into Mother Earth. And this is where the grounding begins. You are breathing in really stable, fertile earth energy. You're breathing that up in through the legs into your center. And when you exhale, you're going to exhale anything that doesn't vibrate at the same frequency as that energy. All that residue of chaos and headiness busyness, you're just gonna exhale it out. Imagine it coming to the surface. You might feel it a little bit. You might feel a little uncomfortable. But lean into it because the more you can lean into it and have a deep. Exhale and exhale right from the bottom of your stomach, you're going to begin. This alchemical grounding process. You're sending that back down to earth. Mother earth will work her magic. So as you breathe in your transmuting that energy. And every time your brain moves away from that process, from the visualizations or the felt sense within the body, simply smile at your humanness and bring yourself back to the breath. Breathing in through the soles of the feet. Deep into the belly and the heart. Out and hold it there for a little while. Really feel and sense the energy you might begin to feel a pulsing or a whirring in this space. And then when you're ready, let go and imagine all of that incoherent energy falling out and away down the legs and back to be recycled. So in your own time. Continuing to connect to this breath. To the belly, to the heart. And then back down again. I'm going to speak some light language to really help you let go of the hedonistic, chaotic thinking mind and really dive deep into this grounded energy. And. Taking away. Eat away any blockages that might stop you from feeling grounded. From accessing this grounded energy. C o c o c o r y. Nah nah nah nah nah nah. Still connecting to that breath a little, hold a little squeeze in the heart and the belly, and then sending that breath back down to Mother Earth. And the next time you watch that breath, go back down into Mother Earth, I want you to imagine now that your feet grow roots, and these roots go deep underneath the foundations of the room that you're in. Down through the bricks and mortar into the muddy earth, deep and deep. And imagine your routes connecting to Mother Nature, to the other trees, to the mycelium network through the water of the rivers. Connect and feel that energy at the bottom of your feet. And on the inhale. Breathe that in. That earth energy. Breathe it in and you can begin to breathe higher up. Now into the chest, into the top of your head before grounding that breath back down again. Back down the spine, back down the legs, and into Mother Earth. You're creating this circular breath in and out. And you can do this breath for as long as you need until you feel a sense of calm within your body. A sense of steadiness. And you'll know how that feels for you in your body. So take as much time as you need. Focus on that visualization and all of those beautiful feelings and sensations in the body. Be open. Be curious. Be gentle. You should now feel even just one percent more like you. Like you've come back home to your own foundations. The essence of who you are. But please take as much time as you need to go deeper.
