00:00:00 Speaker: Good evening. I am so proud of you for choosing this audio, for choosing yourself. Bringing some softness and healing to your body after a long day. Whether it's felt like a happy, expansive day or a difficult contracted day, your body always deserves this time and space to come back home to itself. Its authentic energy, free from the energy of others or the difficult, hard energies of those limiting beliefs, looping thoughts and judgements in the mind. So with that, I would like you to get so cozy, whether it's pajamas on, wrapped up in a blanket, hot water bottle, warm tea. Anything and everything. Your body and mind needs to feel safe in this moment. I'm here for you to guide you into bringing that safety in your body. So getting comfy, whether that's lying down or sitting up. And I just want you to first of all, notice where the breath is in the body. Is it up in the neck, in the throat, further down in the chest? Or maybe you're already breathing deeply from the belly. We're not here to judge. Just simply notice and recognize. And then with compassion and love. We'll ask the body to just deepen that breath. I'm going to breathe into the belly and breathe in for four. And on the exhale, you'll purse your lips and blow out for eight, slowing that breath down and slowing that body and mind down. So I'll breathe with you for three breaths in through the nose. And then out through pursed lips for eight. Oh. Perfect. Two more of those breathing in. And out for. Perfect. One more of those. Breathing in. And out for. Feeling the body begin to soften and relax. As you connect with your center of gravity. Allowing yourself to move from that thinking mind, which will try and work out where this center of gravity is, and move into the intuitive feeling body who will show you where this center of gravity is within the body? Could be low in the pelvic floor or more in the center. There's no right or wrong. You'll know when you've found it because your shoulders will drop away from your ears. Your breathing will start to slow. And you will feel calm and aligned. Your brow will unfurrowed. Your whole body will let go of that bracing position that you may have been in all day.
