OVERWHELM POD
00:00:00 Speaker: Welcome back, my love. This transmission is for feeling overwhelmed, like the pressure of life is just too much. There's too much being asked of you. With not enough time for you to reset. Invite more energy and ease and peace into the body. So this is really your moment to receive. Now I want you to find the comfiest place possible. Soothe yourself a blanket or hot water bottle. Perhaps you're out on a walk. This is suitable for anywhere and any time, but my goal is to help you bring yourself back to a place of safety and regulation within your body. I know things feel really big right now and really intense, but if you can allow me to support you to move from that thinking mind into the present moment and the feeling body. I know you're gonna feel so much better in only a few minutes time. Thank you for putting your trust in me, letting me be here to support you. With that. I want you to take a really gentle inhale in. No forceful breath where your shoulders are up around your ears. I want you to breathe as gently as you can. And let it go out through the mouth. Ah! Breathe in any way that you need to right now. In through the nose and out through the nose can be beautifully regulating. Or perhaps you need a big sigh out of the mouth with sticking your tongue out and getting all of that old pressurizing energy out of the body. Take a few moments to breathe, filling that body up with new, fresh energy and clarity, and let go of any heaviness from others, from yourself, from your environment, and feel your body coming back into harmony. Slowly but surely, moment to moment, and every time your brain goes to worry or panic about this any situation. Come back to the moment to moment, to the breath, to the sensations in the body. But now it's time to receive. So anchor yourself. Find that center of gravity within the body. Allow your body to show you where it is. Feel your body soften as you begin to give your energy and your intention to this strong center of gravity. Finding yourself again. Reorienting yourself. And breathe as you receive these healing light codes. So everything is working in your favor? Oh, yeah. I know it might not feel like it. But trust in the plan. Oh. Sure, there is a process. That is underway. Sure. Relax into that. With. Breathing in confidence and letting go of self doubt. Yes, yes. Yeah. I see I we we oh oh. Shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot. Grow From the base of your spine. Grounding you deep into Earth. You move up the spine and see a light cord connecting you to the sky, the unseen and the healing realms. I. Feel that lightness growing in the body, connecting your human center of gravity with the dense earth and the lightness of the sky. You have got no idea the power that resides within you. See? I see. You just have to move into the heart and into your intuition and out of that thinking, illusory mind. I want you to repeat in your mind's eye I am strong, I am strong. I've got this. I am strong. I've got this. Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Yep yep yep yep. A gentle smile on your face. Allow your body to release that oxytocin soup. Soup, soup. Bringing safety into the body. Yep. You've got this. La la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la. You can begin to shake your body a little. Bring some movement. As you really shake off any last residues of self doubt. You smile. Maybe it even feels right to you. Giggle a little. Bring some lightness into the body as you remember your strength. La la la la la la la la la la la la. La la la la. Remembering your strength. Tapping into courage. Whoop whoop. Whatever it is that's causing this overwhelm. Know that you can still do it. Do it. Overwhelmed. Do it. Anxious. As long as you're giving yourself this space and time to fill yourself up for. Breathing in. Smiling as you have begun to return to your authenticity. Free from all that negative illusion and false stories that your brain has created. And know that if you're not quite there yet, that's okay. Feel free to listen to this as many times as you need to bring yourself back to equilibrium and balance, but I recommend standing and doing some shaking and some breathing, and really get this energy moving around and out of the body to be transmuted into your highest strength.
